Shipping
- Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Fountain Hills, Arizona by USPS Media Mail.
- Usually arrives in 2 to 8 business days after it ships. Media Mail is the most affordable way to send books, and it can be a little slower than other services.
- The 3-book hardcover set ships free. Single books ship for $4.99, free on orders of $35 or more.
- We currently ship to US addresses only.
- Live near Fountain Hills? Choose local pickup or hand delivery at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange it.
Returns
- Books in original condition (unread and undamaged) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Email rose@kidzmanual.com with your order details and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the books. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If a book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
